Adam moved to Temecula in 1993 when he was in high school. He graduated from Temecula Valley High School. Adam married Yvonne in 2002 and they are raising two beautiful children together, both of whom attend Temecula schools. Adam is in the mortgage and real estate industry with deep roots in the Temecula Valley. He is committed to staying involved in the local business and non-profit organizations.  Currently, Adam is the President of the Southwest Realtors Association and is extremely proud of being the youngest President in their 40-year history, in addition, Adam is the President/Broker of his own Real Estate and Mortgage Company.

 

Adam has been helping businesses and families in the community purchase and refinance homes and property for over 16 years.  He holds a California Department of Real Estate Broker’s License and an NMLS License. Adam was instrumental in creating one of the Temecula Valley Chamber of Commerce&s most enterprising and successful groups - The Valley Young

Professionals (VYP), which now boasts more than 100 members of active entrepreneurial young business people.  In 2006, Adam was named Ambassador of the Year by the Temecula Valley Chamber of Commerce (TVCC) and, in 2008, 2010, 2013, 2014 and 2015, his company, A R Home Loans Direct, Inc./1st Action Real Estate, was among only a handful of companies to be nominated for the prestigious Business of the Year Award.  He was also nominated for Citizen of the Year in 2009, 2010, 2011, 2013 and 2014.  In 2011, Adam was nominated and won "Valley Young Professional of The Year" for the TVCC.

 

Additionally, he is a recipient of the Murrieta Chamber of Commerce's 40 Under 40 Award for 2014 and 2016.

 

In 2010, he founded the Rotary Club of Temecula Valley – New Generations, the newest Rotary club in the Temecula Valley. Adam served as the Club's President for the initial 3 years.  He went on to serve as the Assistant District Governor for Rotary District 5330.
